The economic challenge

As the structures of the new Councils in Northern Ireland are settling, they are starting to publish new economic development strategies.

These set out the sectors to target and how each council district will exploit its economic potential to create jobs and prosperity. The challenge is to deliver effective programmes with measurable outcomes.

However Councils do not have all the skills and sector knowledge in-house to scope and deliver these programmes.

How can we help?

Programme Scoping

We have had considerable experience in scoping and developing business improvement programmes including engaging with councils and other funders to outline programmes that achieve measureable outcomes.

Project Delivery

For over 10 years we have delivered economic development programmes that develop the skills, knowledge and business opportunities to improve competitiveness and create jobs. We are experienced in running business workshops, collaborative networking and business mentoring programmes.

Business Mentoring

We work with businesses facing economic uncertainty and help them to develop their skills, confidence and knowledge. We help them prepare and implement a clear business action plan to turn their business round and grow.
